The Canon imageFORCE Quick Reference: Every Model, Every Spec Sheet, One Page
Canon publishes a one-page quick reference for the imageFORCE and imagePRESS Lite lineup — print speeds, monthly volumes, power and plug requirements, and direct links to every brochure, spec sheet and e-manual. We rebuilt it here as a searchable page so you can find a model in seconds instead of scrolling a PDF.
If you have ever tried to compare two Canon copiers with a browser full of tabs open, you know the problem. The spec sheet is on one page, the brochure is on another, the e-manual is somewhere else entirely, and the one number you actually need — the amperage draw, usually, about ten minutes before the electrician shows up — is buried on page four of a PDF.
Canon’s Enterprise Quick Reference solves most of that in a single sheet. Below is that same information, laid out so you can search it. Type a model number, filter by color or black & white, or narrow by monthly volume, and every document link for that family is right there in the card.
What the quick reference actually covers
Five things, for every machine in the enterprise lineup. These are the specs that come up over and over again in real conversations with office managers and IT staff:
- Optimum monthly print volume — the range Canon designed the machine to run at comfortably. This is the single most useful number for right-sizing a copier, and the one most often guessed at.
- Power and plug type — voltage, frequency and amperage, plus the NEMA plug configuration. Worth checking before delivery day, especially on the 8100 Series and imagePRESS Lite, which need a 20-amp circuit.
- Maximum print speed — letter-size pages per minute, listed separately for color and black & white where they differ.
- Maximum scan speed — single-pass and duplexing images per minute, which matters far more than print speed if your team scans heavy volumes into a document system.
- Maximum paper size — from 8-1/2″ x 14″ on the desktop units up to 13″ x 51-1/4″ banner capability on the production machines.

How to read the volume ranges
The monthly volume figure is the range Canon expects the machine to run at over its service life — not a hard ceiling, but the band where cost per page, service intervals and component life all line up the way they were engineered to. Running a machine consistently above its range is the fastest way to turn a reliable copier into a service call.
A quick sanity check: count the reams your office buys in a month and multiply by 500. If a department is going through ten cases of paper a month, that is roughly 25,000 pages — comfortably inside the C5100 or 4100 Series range, and well past what a desktop C1333 was built for. If your actual number lands near the top of a machine’s band, size up. The price difference between two adjacent models is almost always smaller than the cost of running one too hard.
A note on power
Most of this lineup runs on a standard 110-127V circuit with a NEMA 5-15 plug — the ordinary wall outlet. Three exceptions are worth flagging early in a project:
- imagePRESS Lite C270 / C265 — 208-240V or 120-127V at 16A, using a NEMA 6-15 or NEMA 5-20 plug.
- imageFORCE 8100 Series — 16A on a NEMA 5-20 plug, which needs a dedicated 20-amp circuit.
- imageFORCE C3100 Series and C5100 Series — standard plug, but 10–12A draw, so they should not share a circuit with a space heater or a break room appliance.
Checking this at the quote stage rather than the install stage saves everyone a rescheduled delivery. If you are not sure what is behind the wall where the machine is going, we will come look at it.

Where Canyon Falls fits
Specs get you to a short list. They do not tell you which machine is right for the way your office actually works, what the finishing options cost, how the thing gets serviced when it goes down on a Tuesday afternoon, or whether the model you are looking at is the best value against a certified pre-owned unit two steps up the line.
That is the part we do. Canyon Falls sells and services Canon copiers and printers across Central Indiana, with all-inclusive service agreements that cover toner, maintenance and support in one predictable number. We are local, we answer the phone, and we have looked at more of these machines in more Indiana offices than we can count.
Ready to narrow it down? Bring us the volume number and we will tell you honestly which two or three models are worth quoting — and which ones are overkill.
